About KitchenKind

We take care of the people who take care of everyone else.

KitchenKind helps chefs and restaurant workers deal with the pressure that does not end when service does. Use it to reset after a hard shift, make room for recovery, work through conflict, and find credible hospitality and mental-health support resources—without judgment.

Why we are here

Kitchen pressure is real. Here is what KitchenKind helps with.

Professional kitchens ask for stamina, speed, pride, and composure—often all at once. KitchenKind is built for the burnout, stress, recovery, conflict, and disconnection that can follow you off the line.

  • 01Burnout, stress after difficult shifts, and emotional exhaustion from relentless pressure.
  • 02Sleep and recovery, anger and conflict in the kitchen, isolation, and relationship strain at home.
  • 03Private, practical tools and credible outside resources—not a corporate script or a place to perform.

Our boundary

Support, not a substitute for care.

KitchenKind is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, emergency response, or a crisis line. If you are in immediate danger in the U.S., call or text 988. For emergencies, call 911. If you need clinical care, Start Here can help you find an appropriate external resource.

For members

$15/month for more practical support.

The Founding Chef Membership keeps the member resource library, chef-specific recovery tools, and private check-ins available after the free reset. It is $15/month and can be canceled anytime.
